Please include a short description of the problem and your app platform. Do not send OTPs, complete Aadhaar or EPIC numbers, passwords or other unnecessary sensitive information.
Report abusive content or behaviour
Use the reporting option available within the relevant app screen. If you cannot access it, email support with enough context to identify the content or account, but do not forward unnecessary personal or government-identification information.
Privacy requests
For privacy, access, correction or consent questions, use the same support address with the subject “Privacy request”. To permanently delete an account, use our verified account-deletion page or the in-app deletion option.
Emergency notice
Citizen Connect support is not an emergency service. Contact the appropriate police, fire, ambulance or government emergency service for urgent assistance.
